Our group classes are a cross-training workout with guidance from one of our certified trainers. You can work at your own pace to meet your fitness goals. Classes incorporate HIIT training, cardio, strength training and mobility work. All fitness levels are welcome.

Monday: Noon, 4:30 or 5:30 pm
Tuesday: 8:15 am
Wednesday: Noon, 4:30 or 5:30 pm
Thursday: 8:15 am
Friday: Noon, 4:30 or 5:30 pm
