Service Description
Blast away those extra calories and get fit with HIIT Fit. Our small group training class is open to all fitness levels and will help you build muscle, increase your heart rate, and boost your metabolism. With a mix of bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, and bands, you’ll never get bored with our high energy workouts. This class is also offered Mondays at 4:30 and 5:30 pm.
