Group Classes

Our group classes are led by certified trainers and offer a female-only space to help you find your strength at any point in your health journey. Join us today and let's work a healthier, happier you!

 

All FIT c​lasses and open gym hours are included in our 4-week membership plan. Drop-in rates are also available. 
 

Yoga series is purchased separately.

FITCamp

Join us for our FITCamp classes every Monday and Wednesday at 5 am. Led by our certified trainer, this group class is designed to challenge and inspire you, with a mix of HIIT, strength training, boxing, and mobility and agility training.

 

No matter what your fitness level is, FITCamp is the perfect way to start your day, so come and join us for an invigorating workout!

Lunch FIT

​Get fit on your lunch break with our Lunch Fit group class, offered at 12 pm. Led by a certified trainer, this workout won't get boring with a mix of HIIT, strength, boxing, mobility, and agility training. Whether you're a fitness newbie or seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to join in on the fun.

FIT Strength

Experience a strength-focused workout at Downtown Fit with our Fit Strength class. With a variety of techniques and equipment like machines, dumbbells, and bands, our expert trainers will guide you through a challenging and invigorating workout, helping you build lean muscle mass and a strong core. Whether you’re a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our class is designed to accommodate all fitness levels.

Saturday Burn

​Downtown Fit offers Saturday Burn, an energetic group class led by certified trainers using a variety of machines, dumbbells, and bands to help you build lean muscle and a strong core. Join us for a challenging workout that includes a mix of HIIT techniques, designed to inspire and push you to your limits.

FIT 55+

​Stay healthy, strong, and fit with our Fit 55+ group class at Downtown Fit. Specifically designed for women ages 55 and older, this class combines a variety of exercises to keep you in top shape. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned pro, everyone is welcome to join us

Embrace Your Inner Power Yoga

Melissa Lerner will guide us through a 4-week yoga series that will explore postures that will help you:
 

  • Connect with your breath

  • Strengthen your core and improving pelvic floor health

  • Find mindfulness Improve mobility and flexibility.
